To work for the upliftment and empowerment of underprivileged people in rural areas by promoting literacy, formal and informal education, vocational training, and technical education among them.
To use various mediums of communication to sensitize the masses and create awareness about environmental and social issues.
To hold discussions, conferences, symposiums, seminars, and workshops on subjects associated with various institutions.

To impart affordable technical & value-based education to the aspirants in rural areas of Balasore, Bhadrak and Jajpur districts of Odisha in order to make them competent scholars, professionals and responsible citizens.
